Job Description

• Controlling and verifying the CCPs & OPRPs based on the defined standard parameters and reporting any deviation to N+1 and FS Manager.
• Planning and informing the process in accordance with the production plan and following up on the potential needs.
• Cooperating with the relative units for making the order in process.
• Supervising the implementation of standards and production correctly based on the recipe for each product and monitoring the changes.
• Train environmental policy and its goals and also related topics to the employees and ensure that all relevant employees in the scope of the standard are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Leading an approved proposal or change in the OCM meeting in the production line from start to finish, including ensuring the correct execution of the project, and controlling safety and quality issues during project execution.
• Monitoring the results of chemical and physical tests of the produced powder during the process and performing corrective action if the production product is out of standard.
• Requesting and following up when failure happens trying to solve the problems and participating in time planning until their accomplishment.
• Training and empowering personnel with the latest standards, new topics to the N-1s, and informing HR.
• Following to define the improvement projects and measure specified actions.
• Preparing and adjusting the shift reports, daily, weekly and monthly to the relevant manager.
• Planning the personnel work time, including entry and exit, leave, and scheduling of work during light shifts.
• Obtaining and submitting suggestions to the management and supporting operators and technicians to improve their performance.
• Controlling the proper implementation of cleaning programs, hygiene, and pest control programs in all process units and the forms completed by operators.
• Ensuring all his employees work in a safe environment.
• Controlling the monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual checklists of EV, SP, formulation, and Wet processing.
• Recording the activities of stoppages following them in time shift and sending the stoppage report to the technical unit.
• Performing actions related to the process with the confirmation of the production manager.
• Controlling the correct sampling according to the plan and cooperating with QA in the implementation of defined actions.
• Controlling and making the balance between each production run and the input and output materials and their mixing rate according to the recipe.
