Job Description
- Evaluate the progress of all activities on the site and ensure all activities are performed. based on an approved schedule.
- Meet with the site team to review the plan.
- Report to the project manager.
- Stay up to date with all the events of the project.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the project manager to eliminate blockers.
