Job Description

The mission of the project infrastructure and service manager in Zarrin Roya Company is managing, defining, improving, and monitoring the implementation of the manufacturing and supply processes of spare parts, technical service processes, repair and maintenance workshops, planning, scheduling, and project implementation, as well as supervision of construction projects, to ensure the improvement of the quality and quantity of repair and maintenance services and construction projects based on organization mission.

A summary of the duties of this job position is as follows:

• Managing and supervising the design, implementation, and scheduling of construction and construction projects through internal or external resources.
• Monitoring processes between and within workshops as well as processes between workshops and technical teams.
• Defining the project, conducting preliminary studies, assessing needs, preparing the project control plan, evaluating contractors, and meeting with stakeholders.
• Implementation of needs assessment and cost control processes for the feasibility and planning of the expansion of machinery manufacturing processes.
• Communicating and coordinating with technical teams and supplying parts according to specified technical standards.
• Presenting proposed plans for the improvement and development of domestic technical capacity in the field of supply and production of spare parts.
• Planning, designing, and monitoring the implementation of the manufacturing process of spare parts, including ordering, designing, providing drawings, and supervising the construction and delivery.
• Preparing and presenting project control reports to the relevant managers.
• Managing the archive process and updating drawings of equipment, machines, parts, and civil infrastructure.
