Job Description
The mission of the project infrastructure and service manager at Zarrin Roya Company is to design, monitor, and manage the processes and infrastructure and project services team to ensure the provision of infrastructure and project services based on the service level agreed with the stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and supervise the design, implementation, and scheduling of civil and construction projects using internal and external resources.
- To monitor processes within workshops and processes between workshops and technical teams.
- To define project objectives, conduct preliminary studies, assess needs, prepare project control plans, evaluate contractors, and engage with stakeholders.
- To implement needs assessments and cost control processes to support feasibility studies and planning for expanding machine manufacturing processes.
- To coordinate with technical teams to ensure the timely supply of parts, adhering to specified technical standards.
- To propose plans to improve and develop domestic technical capabilities in the production and supply of spare parts.
- To plan, design, and supervise the spare parts manufacturing process, including ordering, design, drawings, and managing the construction and delivery phases.
- To prepare and present project control reports to the relevant managers.
- To manage the archival process and regularly update documentation for equipment, machinery, parts, and civil infrastructure.
