Job Description

As a project manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing marketing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed established objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams, sales, design, development, and other departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage expectations and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Resource Allocation:

  • Allocate resources (time, budget, personnel) effectively to ensure project success.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that projects meet high-quality standards and align with company objectives.
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular project status reports and provide insights into project performance.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Daily Stand-up Meetings:

  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with each person or team in marketing to review project progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
