Supervise quality of finished products in-home care and personal care products.
Support data collection, analysis, and assignment to standard quality loss trees in support of operational KPIs reporting.
Support to complete and maintain external audits and certifications.
Support to verify and document the traceability of materials, packaging, and products e.g. including annual dummy or mock recall exercises.
Support the implementation and verification of procedures to control non-conforming materials and products.
Support site implementation and ongoing verification of HACCP plan and pre-requisite programs such as pest controls, allergen management, hygienic controls, etc.
Implement and verify site calibration and maintenance program for inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
Support/participate in Quality Pillar activities in WCM/UMS factories.
Support innovation trials in the site as appropriate for site quality.
Utilize advanced technical knowledge (e.g. chemistry, microbiology, statistics/ mathematics, etc.) to support site quality testing program for received. materials and packaging aligned with UL requirements and specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
5 years of experience in FMCG or detergent industries.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Upper intermediate level in office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
