Perform all departmental initiatives, processes, and activities in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Analyze well test and production logging data to devise optimum pressure depletion patterns and well flow assurance patterns and strategies.
  • Take charge of executing the reservoir surveillance program.
  • Support the production engineering department in performing well testing, production logging test analysis, workover, and completion strategies.
  • Support the Production/Well Management Section Head in preparing long-term forecasts, annual development strategies, and production plans and programs.
  • Ensure auditing and reporting requirements of the department are properly observed and met.
  • Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments under the leadership of the reservoir engineering manager.
  • Trace the reservoir performance and prepare routine reports including daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports.
  • Generate and distribute reservoir performance analysis reports.
  • Research and suggest the most sophisticated technologies to perform operational activities.
  • Ensure full compliance of department activities with HSE regulations and policies and be well-trained about his/her role in the company emergency response plan.
