Job Description
The focus is to manage road/trucking freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments
- Correspond with international and local agents, and carriers, for pricing and operations purposes.
- Monitor tracking shipments from A-Z.
- Document and liaise with international/border/customs agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
- Shipment management using company software (CARAVAN).
- Delivery orders, Warehouse receipt, and EPL.
- Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
