Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.
• Facilitate S&OP meeting and collaborate
• Monitor and analyze current and historical customer demand patterns.
• Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operation, and finance teams to ensure that financial goals are met.
• Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
• Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency, and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement)
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
