Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.
Facilitate S&OP meeting and collaborate
Monitor and analyze current and historical customer demand patterns.
Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operation, and finance teams to ensure that financial goals are met.
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency, and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement)
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
