Beyond Global Forwarding is a leading company in the transport and logistics industry, We are seeking a "Sea Freight Specialist" to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing sea freight inquiries and bookings, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating closely with sales, accounting, and management departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate sea freight inquiries and bookings.
• Correspond with international and local agents, carriers, and NVOCC for pricing and operational purposes.
• Monitor sea shipments from A-Z, ensuring smooth operation and delivery.
• Document and liaise with agents, sales teams, accounting, and clients to maintain clear communication and documentation.
• Oversee shipment management using the company’s software (CARAVAN).
• Handle delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPL processes.
• Generate monthly reports for management, providing insights and data on freight operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• At least 1 year of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
