Job Description

• Act as the corporate security liaison for the respective region.
• Overall responsibility for security, fraud, and vigilance for the region.
• Conduct regular random night and day physical checks of warehouse guards and CCTV.
• Submit reports, incident, and investigation reports for all cases.
• Maintain and improve the relationship with the security service providers and local police.
• Implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Write and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Prepare and send monthly external guard timesheet.
• Control and supervise the security team in his area according to their duties.
• Train the new security guard.
• Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly.
• Control the employees at the time of entrance and exit.
• Random or spot-check of items during the delivery.
• Regular visits to the delivery branches.

Requirements:

• Five years of previous experience in security management. 
• Familiar with logistics processes.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with command of English.
• Ability to identify important matters and prioritize.
• Ability to distinguish, investigate, handle, and resolve related issues.
• CCTV monitoring experience and sufficient knowledge of security devices.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external security teams.
