Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to develop menu concepts that meet customer preferences, operational requirements, and business objectives.
Develop new menu items, focusing on planning and design aspects while considering factors such as ingredient availability, production feasibility, and cost-effectiveness, without direct involvement in the cooking process.
Work closely with culinary teams to test and refine menu items, ensuring optimal taste, quality, and presentation.
Develop comprehensive menu rollout plans, including marketing strategies, pricing recommendations, and operational guidelines.
Monitor customer feedback and sales data to evaluate the performance of menu items and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and ingredient sourcing to drive ongoing menu innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or an MBA graduate.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position or industry.
Experience in menu development, culinary innovation, or related roles within the food service industry is highly preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
