Researching content and industry trends and industry-related topics to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and communications goals.
Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
Coordinating with different departments inside the company to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Literature, Journalism, Communications, or other related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of full-time work experience in medium or big organizations as a content specialist, communications specialist, or any related position.
Agency experience in a similar role is a bonus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Deep understanding of organizational communication, brand management, and marketing communications in practice.
Research-based and analytical approach to implement skills in practice.
Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
