Job Description

Work with software engineers to define requirements and standards.
Research, test, and implement new technologies to support the application architecture.
Deploy applications on Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructures.
Set up CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Maven, and Dotnet).
Use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.
Manage open-source relational/non-relational databases and object stores.

Requirements

Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
Experience with automation/configuration management tools and shell scripting.
A working understanding of code and script to automate routine tasks.
+5 years of experience in DevOps.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
In-depth technical knowledge of and experience with Linux.
Strong knowledge of shell scripting or at least one programming language.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiative.
Expertise in supporting and designing web applications running on a Linux infrastructure.
Experience with configuration management systems such as Puppet or Ansible.
