Job Description

The senior digital marketing expert will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive traffic to our retail platforms, and increase customer engagement and sales. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing, a passion for retail, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies tailored to the retail industry.
  • Identify and analyze target customer segments to create personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, specifically within the retail sector.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure they align with business goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate detailed reports on key metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

Customer Experience and Engagement:

  • Enhance the customer journey by implementing personalized and engaging digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, using insights to improve the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement loyalty programs and initiatives to increase customer retention.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital platforms.
  • Increase brand awareness and reputation through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and respond to online feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
