Job Description
- Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Django.
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize APIs, databases (PostgreSQL), and caching layers (Redis) for high-traffic transactions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure best practices for secure transactions and data protection.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to align on business and technical goals.
- CI/CD & Automation: Enhance development workflows with robust CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Django and Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, Celery, and RabbitMQ.
- Strong database expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and indexing.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience handling high-traffic applications and financial transaction systems.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of security best practices in financial applications.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
