Job Description

Radman is hiring a skilled and creative senior graphic designer to support our digital marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating professional and visually engaging assets for ads, social media, websites, and print materials related to our international academic conferences. While your focus will be on graphic design only, you'll work closely with our Video Editor to ensure brand consistency across all visuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design banners, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and email headers.
  • Create visuals for event websites, landing pages, and Google/Facebook ads.
  • Collaborate with the ads, social media, and content teams to meet campaign goals.
  • Work in alignment with the video editor to ensure consistent branding across static and motion visuals.
  • Maintain visual brand guidelines while introducing creative ideas to improve audience engagement.
  • Prepare assets in the correct formats for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Ensure fast-loading, high-quality images optimized for different screen sizes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (digital marketing focus preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, visual balance, and design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Familiarity with designing for social media, ads, email marketing, and web.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills - especially with content writers, social media team, and video editor.
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI).
