Job Description

• Advising to construction department regarding its activity and contracts.
• Drafting and supporting project contracts (including EPC, supply, engineering, construction, supervising, and TPI contracts) in English in compliance with the company’s standard terms and conditions, and international practice.
• Claims and litigation legal support as head of the process.
• Conducting negotiations with contractors and Iranian customers, mainly in English.
• Provision of legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law or higher.
• At least 7 years of experience; at least 4 years of experience in CAPEX, EPC, engineering, and complex delivery contracts in the Oil and Gas field.
• Managerial skills and experience as an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in oil and gas/drilling/oil services/workover contract legal support as an advantage.
• Ability to solve problems and identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects and issues simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, international trade law, and local laws and regulations.
