Key Responsibilities:

• Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
• Actively engage in project meetings, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Monitor, assess, and address potential problems and technical issues, devising effective solutions.
• Manage project communications by preparing and reviewing reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
• Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• +2 years of experience in related positions.
• Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel is required; Python and SQL are a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
