Job Description
- Receive inquiries from house clients and sales department, negotiate rates with overseas agents and shipping lines/carriers to extract the best rates.
- Chase and follow the shipments and update the clients accordingly.
- Arrange to book and provide shipping instructions to overseas networks.
- Check cargo arrival date with shipping line/carriers and constantly update the arrival schedule, notify arrival status clients.
- Billing all involved charges to customers and ensuring all invoices are fully received by clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- IRU or FIATA certifications are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Transportation and logistic knowledge.
- Teamwork skills.
- Creativity, customer orientation, and communication skills.
