Job Description

  • Become a domain expert by understanding customers and influencers, evaluation and production processes, and transfer that knowledge to the product development, marketing, and sales channels.
  • Serve as a key partner to the product management and production teams, helping them craft, define, and modify our road map based on both user and market activity.
  • Develop materials to support the sales teams, competitive analysis, product positioning, and market trends across all market segments.

  • Through an understanding of product feedback and client needs, help shape product road maps and market strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Manage the creation, development, and introduction of new products and services to enhance the current and future product mix.

  • Analyze product design and features and translate them into tangible consumer benefits for marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Closely partner with product brand sales to ensure alignment and consistency with customer-facing communications.

  • Handle a large volume of highly varied, time-sensitive projects for the support of various business needs.
  • Review competitive market data across marketing channels to influence future project work.
  • Manage, oversee, and prioritize workload effectively, escalate when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to maintain poise when dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills.
  • Strong ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and brand research.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
