Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and manage governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting systems for strategic projects.
- Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all projects and programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support corporate objectives and business strategies.
