Role Overview:

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Manager to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our core telecom network. This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects with a global impact and contribute to the evolution of the telecommunications landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of our core telecom network infrastructure, including 5G, 4G, HLR, HSS, and 4DM components
• Technical IT Management: Drive technical innovation and strategy, ensuring the network meets evolving industry standards and customer demands. Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• BSS/OSS Knowledge: Familiar with various BSS/OSS systems such as: CRM, retail billing, wholesale billing, provisioning, mediation, …
• Powerful IT Background: Familiar with databases, programming languages, software architecture and operating systems.
• Managed Services Oversight: Manage Managed Services contracts, monitor compliance with complex SLAs, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Telecom IT Architecture: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable Telecom IT architectures that support Networks Core.
• Change Management: Manage network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• ITIL and Service Management: Ensure the adoption of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices across all technical operations and service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers in the development and deployment of new network solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including product development, operations, and sales
• Collaboration with Top Management: Report to top management on project progress, risks, and opportunities, while collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in telecom IT project management, network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of core telecom network technologies, including 5G, 4G, HLR, HSS, and 4DM
• Managed Services: Extensive experience managing Managed Services contracts with large telecom operators, including complex SLAs.
• ITIL Expertise: Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and network security
• Telecom IT Architecture: Proven experience in designing and managing Telecom IT architectures and leading technical teams in the telecommunications industry.
• Change Management: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
