Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is critical in driving both organic and paid traffic to our website The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and implementing strategies that boost our online visibility, engage our audience, and enhance our brand's presence.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO and SEM Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximizing ROI.
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and provide insights to improve SEO strategies.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance website performance.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance, adjust strategies, and improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a combined SEO and Social Media Manager role or similar positions.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and SEM campaign management.
Experience with social media platforms, their algorithms, and content strategies.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team of designers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficient in English.
