Develop, execute, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and Telegram under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager.
Create content aligned with the brand’s image, positioning, and tone of voice.
Establish a content repository and define new content categories.
Coordinate with the graphics team and external partners to ensure cohesive content production.
Plan and implement social media campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting.
Develop and execute follower acquisition strategies with detailed performance analysis.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to design and execute paid social media campaigns.
Strategize, plan, and manage influencer marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including best practices.
Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
