Job Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and Telegram under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Create content aligned with the brand’s image, positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Establish a content repository and define new content categories.
  • Coordinate with the graphics team and external partners to ensure cohesive content production.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and execute follower acquisition strategies with detailed performance analysis.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Strategize, plan, and manage influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including best practices.
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
