Job Description

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#.Net or Python.
• Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop efficient solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Extract, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various business functions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM systems.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and optimize workflows for better efficiency.
• Assist in CRM system integration with other enterprise applications.
• Work closely with business teams to understand IT needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Support end-users by resolving technical issues related to applications and databases.
• Document processes, system changes, and user guides to facilitate smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in C#.Net or Python for software development.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in SQL (query optimization, database design, and administration).
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
