Job Description

  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems.
  • Train users in the proper use of software.
  • Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operations.
  • Resolve computer software problems.
  • Design and implement a maintenance plan.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with current and potential clients by answering product questions, and providing software support in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Proficient in SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with C# programming language.
  • Introduction to Component Stimulsoft.
  • High communication skills.
  • Analytical and has the power to solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
