Job Description

Purpose:

Tracking, monitoring, and reporting parts of the local suppliers of the warehouse through coordination with production cells, maintenance engineers, and spare parts. He is also responsible for identifying the production needs and sharing with the GIP to provide parts from local suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Record and follow up on spare parts with zero inventory to be provided by local suppliers.
• Analyze required spare parts and coordinate with the production team and GIP to manufacture and prioritize them.
• Participate in IWS meetings and daily follow-up on production team actions.
• Follow up on ERFs related to maintenance teams, and close communication with the maintenance engineer for all activities related to the manufacture of spare parts.
• Follow up on all spare parts warehouse outputs for manufacturing and modification, follow up on their supply and return, and coordinate with the Rasht factory to supply urgent parts.
• Cooperate with the GIP team to supply electrical and mechanical parts and update requests
