Job Description

This position is simply planning and controlling all the supply-chain and sales issues under the supervision of Managing Director • Providing creative and feasible plans to maximize efficiency in all fields • In close relationship with finance, marketing and sales & distribution departments • Responsible for negotiations and following up with all parties from suppliers to distributors • Preparing production plans based on annual budget plan • Assessing production capability at all times, considering sales targets • Managing delivery of stock to distribution channels • Responsible for promoting teamwork • Delivering reports to managing director regularly • Planning delivery timetables • Tracking the movement of goods • Monitoring and reporting stock levels • Improving supply and distribution networks • Coordinating arrival of shipments • Analyzing inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service. • Meeting with suppliers to discuss performance metrics to provide performance feedback, and to discuss production forecasts or changes. • Implementing new or improved supply chain processes. • Designing and implementing supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies • Managing activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving.

Requirements

• At least master in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields • At least 10 years working experience • Good communication and negotiation skills • Proactive with a high desire to engage in teamwork • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Fluent in English • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including relative costs and benefits.
