Job Description

• Capture and prepare order schedule indirect sales to all distributors.
• Register all the orders into the sales system for processing.
• Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and warehouse departments and customers to improve customer service and business productivity.
• Prepare loading schedules and communicate them with the logistics team.
• Liaise with the demand planning manager and communicate with the customers any impact from stock allocation or supply issues.
• Use reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders or deliveries.
• Manage stock shortage according to line manager instructions.
• Manage distributor's complaints concerning damaged goods.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the head of customer service on required topics.
• Stock management considers the price changes by managing the allocation of old/new prices.
• Liaise with a quality team to release the quarantine stock.
• Obtain order approvals from the CFO prior to arranging the trucks.
• Issue invoices and prepare daily sales reports on behalf of CS specialists.
