Job Description
A systems and methods specialist identifies, analyzes, standardizes, documents, improves, measures, and controls processes.
In general, optimization of processes can lead to the agility of operations, maturity of processes, optimal use of resources, and reduction of overall costs of the organization, which will be in line with the goals of the organization's strategy in any situation.
Responsibilities:
- Design process maps using BPMN2 standard and process architecture logic.
- Make improvements in the processes through layout design and performed 5S.
- Develop documentation for all related business events, processes, and procedures.
- Work study on processes considering standard timing methods (Stopwatch a Most).
- System analytics.
- Propose new methods to reform the procedures and make them more efficient.
- Communicate and hold meetings to monitor and measure process performance at different company levels to diagnose, analyze, simulate, and find improvable areas in processes in line with objectives and missions.
- Prepare standard earned value-based reports, including schedule updates, cost performance reports, and earned value curves, in a requested timely manner such as weekly, and monthly.
- Provide key dates, milestones, work breakdown structure, and schedule.
