POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – AI & Big Data to own the technical architecture, data infrastructure, and production execution of large-scale AI and data platforms.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across data pipelines, model lifecycle management, distributed processing, and scalable infrastructure. You will align technical decisions with product intelligence, operational efficiency, and long-term data strategy.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, data, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable data architectures and AI-driven systems
• Lead technical decisions across data ingestion, processing, storage, and model deployment
• Architect distributed data pipelines for high-volume, real-time, or batch processing
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into intelligent systems
• Guide engineers across backend, data engineering, and ML implementation
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of production AI systems
• Identify bottlenecks in data flow, model performance, and system scalability
• Use AI-assisted tools to optimize experimentation, monitoring, and system diagnostics

SKILLS

AI & Data Architecture
• Strong experience designing large-scale data platforms and AI systems
• Deep understanding of data modeling, distributed processing, and storage strategies
• Experience managing model lifecycle from experimentation to production
Scalability & Infrastructure
• Expertise in distributed systems and high-volume data processing
• Experience designing reliable and observable production AI environments
• Strong architectural judgment for long-term data scalability
Intelligence & Optimization
• Experience with analytics, predictive systems, and intelligent decision engines
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve experimentation, deployment, and monitoring
• Understanding of performance trade-offs in model accuracy, cost, and latency
Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of technical direction aligned with data and intelligence strategy
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams across engineering and data domains
• Clear communication of technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders
