POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – FinTech to own system architecture, technical decision-making, and engineering execution across financial platforms and transaction-driven systems.
You will design and lead systems that handle high-volume transactions, sensitive financial data, and complex business logic—while setting engineering standards, guiding teams, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable, secure architectures for FinTech platforms and services
• Lead technical decision-making across transaction engines, APIs, and data layers
• Translate financial, regulatory, and product requirements into reliable technical systems
• Collaborate closely with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and performance optimization
• Anticipate system bottlenecks, failure modes, and risk scenarios
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and long-term maintainability of financial systems

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or transaction-heavy systems
• Deep understanding of financial workflows, data integrity, and system reliability
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
• Systems-level thinking and strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven use of AI tools to improve engineering velocity and decision quality
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with business goals
