Position: Technical Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented and ambitious pharmacist, chemical engineer, chemist, etc. to work directly with the CEO on advanced pharmaceutical and technical projects, including manufacturing and development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the CEO in planning, monitoring, and executing technical and industrial projects.
Work hands-on in manufacturing and development activities.
Participate in business trips and technical missions for project supervision and coordination.
Prepare and deliver technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Maintain clear and professional communication in English with teams and partners.

Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for international collaboration.
Demonstrated technical curiosity, discipline, and strong analytical thinking.
Willingness to work intensively and travel frequently across countries.
Genuine interest in manufacturing, R&D, and industrial development.
Long-term commitment to work with the company for a minimum of 5 years.
