Setup and operate R&D and production equipment in support of programmatic goals.
Collect, review, and analyze data for evaluation of equipment performance and make recommendations for modification or upgrades.
Hold lab expertise in operating the required machinery/testing capabilities to perform assigned tasks in the required time frames.
Ensure the confidentiality of all technology and compositions which ensures the uniqueness of BVT output.
Supervise the preparation of technological production processes.
Leverage strategic partners to research new ingredients, product technologies, or processes to develop unique and innovative products.
Requirements:
To have an understanding of testing activities, methodologies, and equipment capabilities to carry out assigned duties to fulfill project needs.
To have an awareness of standard processes and compliance using technical knowledge and broad scientific principles to ensure the effective delivery of an appropriate given task.
