Monitor performance of access transmission network and multiple turnkey vendors.
Interface with providers of leased capacity to ensure successful operational integration of access transmission network.
Point-to-Point (Microwave, E-Band, V-Band) and Point-to-Multipoint link planning, implementation, and optimization.
Optimize access transmission network to enhance its capacity, availability, and performance.
Access network provision, expansion, and optimization through the PDH, SDH, IP/MPLS leased lines considering radio and managed services requirements.
Physical-connection/cross-connection service planning and optimization of the access transmission network.
Plan to deliver aggregation service creation based on the node requirements to meet network requirements.
Monitor and guide the planning, optimization, and implementation programs of turn-key providers (such as the delivery of physical connectivity according to topology and access plan) for the regional access transmission network.
Ensure adherence to appropriate build specifications for all microwave and fiber deployments in the access network.
Ensure highly available access transmission routes to maximize network KPIs.
Adherence to budget for related both capital and operational expenditure and providing Opex Saving initiatives.
Provide proper solutions for problematic sites and follow them.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology (Electronics/Telecommunication).
Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of experience in access transmission planning, optimization, and implementation environment; experience working in a medium organization; 3 years of working experience in thorough grounding in the requirement of a GSM network in terms of all transmission requirements.
Experience in a rapid roll-out environment and management of turn-key vendors.
