Job Description
- Monitor and maintain Cisco telephony servers and perform quick action to solve the problems as soon as possible.
- Implement and configure new services and document them.
- Support end user’s problem.
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
- Experience with Cisco IM and Presence.
- Familiar with Cisco Contact Center Express.
- Familiar with SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols.
- Experience with Cisco Network (at least CCNA level).
- Familiar with Linux (LPIC1).
- Fluent in English.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them.
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn and promote him/her self.
