Job Title: WordPress Developer (Fully Remote)

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled WordPress Developer with expertise in working with pre-made themes, making updates, creating custom themes and plugins from scratch, and developing multi-language websites. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with WordPress development and be comfortable working on complex projects, including customization and optimization.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with a 40-hour workweek, tracked through project management tools. We also offer flexibility for the candidate to take on freelance work outside official working hours and will assist in setting up profiles on global freelance platforms to help secure extra income opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with pre-made WordPress themes, making necessary updates, adjustments, and customizations.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet project requirements.
• Create and manage multi-language WordPress websites with RTL (Right to Left) support, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Perform regular updates, security checks, and optimizations to ensure the websites run smoothly.
• Integrate necessary features, such as e-commerce platforms, custom APIs, and third-party plugins.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create scalable, user-friendly websites.
• Ensure all web projects are responsive, well-optimized, and meet industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS, JSON), and MySQL.
• Strong expertise in customizing and working with pre-made WordPress themes and plugins.
• Proven experience in creating custom themes and plugins from scratch.
• Experience building and managing multi-language websites, including RTL (Right to Left) support.
• Strong understanding of WordPress best practices and security measures.
• Native Farsi speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with e-commerce integrations and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with cloud hosting, CDN, and caching systems.
