At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, the position of Assemble Support Engineer provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for diabetic patients.

The position:

As an assembly support engineer, you will:

  • Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with company requirements, ensuring adherence to cLEAN methodology and process-based approach.
  • Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs), Non-Conformities (NCs), and deviations through investigation cycles
  • Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with NN validation strategy, SOPs, and principles.
  • Serve as an equipment expert, assisting in validation test activities and providing knowledge for product documentation.
  • Support quality performance evaluation, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in pharma and other GMP-regulated industries.
  • Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
