Job Description

Duties:
- Lead the design process from discovery to delivery.
- Translate research insights, user behavior data, and business metrics into actionable design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize problems and propose solutions.
- Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and experimentation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and data-driven outcomes.
- Expertise in UX principles and interaction design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Clarity, GA4).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Experience designing for B2B or complex systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
- A basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
