POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage all the payment processes in Nestle Iran to ensure on-time payment to suppliers as well as employees in line with the company guidelines and policies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Manage all the payment processes in Nestle Iran.
  • Manage HO petty cash and coordinate for reimbursement as needed.
  • Get in touch with the banks for any payment and bank guarantee issues.
  • Control and pay approved employees’ T&Es along with all supporting documents and ensure all T&Es are fully filed and accessible for later reference.
  • Upload bank transactions in ERP both incoming and outgoing and archiving the documents for later reference.
  • Prepare necessary financial reports and draft SOPs if required.
  • Participate in any project carried out in the F&C department as required.
  • Participate in internal/external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Assist the supervisor in the accounting operation team in performing the tasks.

Requirements

  • A university graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance; or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good analytical skills and very good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Academic background in accounting or finance.
  • Good Excel skills.
