Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Lux Hotel, increase bookings, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media and online advertising.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate promotional events and hotel participation in exhibitions.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
