My experience at this Dorsa had both its strengths and challenges. While the team was generally hardworking and the work itself was engaging, I found the Human Resources department to be somewhat lacking. There were often delays in communication, and it felt like support for employee development was not as robust as it could have been. Additionally, career growth opportunities seemed limited, with few clear paths for advancement or professional development. While I appreciated the day-to-day work, I believe the company could significantly improve in terms of fostering long-term career progression and providing stronger HR support for its employees.
