Job Description

  • Having online meetings, sending emails, and supporting customers in Telegram or other required channels.
  • The communications include introducing the service and answering customers' questions, demoing the product and setting up customers' accounts, issuing and follow-up invoices and payments, and supporting any questions/requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for an account manager with at least 1 to 2 years of related experience, to be the point of contact for our customers, both talents (inside Iran) and clients (outside Iran);

  • Full English proficiency is required both in speaking and writing.
  • This position requires flexibility in working hours to cover clients from different time zones.
  • Negotiation skills.
