Having online meetings, sending emails, and supporting customers in Telegram or other required channels.
The communications include introducing the service and answering customers' questions, demoing the product and setting up customers' accounts, issuing and follow-up invoices and payments, and supporting any questions/requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for an account manager with at least 1 to 2 years of related experience, to be the point of contact for our customers, both talents (inside Iran) and clients (outside Iran);
Full English proficiency is required both in speaking and writing.
This position requires flexibility in working hours to cover clients from different time zones.
