Job Description

Recording and Processing Financial Transactions:

  • Recording accounting documents in financial software and maintaining archives.
  • Processing payments from customers and suppliers.
  • Preparing tax, payroll, and other financial payments.

Preparing Financial Reports:

  • Preparing periodic financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Providing financial reports to senior managers for financial decision-making.

Account Review and Reconciliation:

  • Reviewing bank accounts and reconciling them with financial records.
  • Resolving account discrepancies.

Handling Tax Matters:

  • Preparing tax returns, value-added tax (VAT) filings, and other legal obligations.

Budget Management and Financial Forecasting:

  • Preparing annual budgets.
