Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for booking transactions of Raw Materials (RM) and related expenses in both entities and ensuring there is no differene between warehouse and accounting modules while preparing related reports for month-end closing.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Post all local and overseas raw material purchases in the accounting system and all related expenses such as custom fees and brokers and post all raw material usage during the month in accounting on time.
• Make sure that there is no discrepancy between the accounting system and warehouse module and improve the quality of raw material reports. The reports should be available on time at end-mouth reporting.
• Responsible for stock-taking of raw materials which is done on a quarterly basis and especially at the end of the fiscal year.
• Ensure all the J-SOX controls have been prepared on time & completely.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• A university degree in Accounting, or Finance.

Work Experience and Competencies:

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting /Finance.

Languages and Computer Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of JTI Iran Accounting system (Rahkaran), Microsoft Excel, and Windows.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
