Job Description

To book transactions of finished goods (FG) and the sales process of both entities, and to ensure there is no difference between the warehouse, accounting, and sales module while preparing related sales and FG reports for month-end closing.

Responsibilities:

• To book transactions of Finished Goods (FG) and the sales process of both entities. To ensure there is no difference between the warehouse, accounting, and sales modules.
• To help other departments solve the problems related to sales and FG in the Rahkaran system.
• To provide monthly closing reports such as FGC-003, FGC007, freight, and warehousing on time and accurately.
• To book FG transportation, warehousing costs, and all the related insurance costs.
• To prepare all J-Sox controls for two entities on time and accurately.

Requirements:

Education:

• A university degree in Accounting.

Work Experience and Competencies:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Languages and Computer Skills:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of JTI Iran Accounting System (Rahkaran), Microsoft Excel, and Windows.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
