Job Description
The focus is on handling air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes.
- Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
- Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
- Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
- Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
