Job Description

The objective of the role:

We need someone who is an expert in the architectural domain; so it is important to be able to design through the project's goals, requirements, and time limitations. You should be able to redesign straightforwardly in order to achieve the client’s expectations.

Roles:

Adapt to frequent changes and updates.
Introduce various alternatives in time limitations.
Meet the client's issues and constant inquiries.
Communicate and work at the site.
Work on Revit.
Do Phase 2 on Revit.
Report to the managing director.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm; Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm.

Requirements

Proficient in phase 0 and 1 design, capable in design development (it is one of the important duties of this role).
Familiar with the implementation details, capable of producing phase 2 drawings on Revit (it is one of the important duties of this role).
Proficient in decoration and interior design.
Master’s degree in Architecture Engineering (a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering).
Excellent technical skills, including Revit Architecture, and computer-aid design (AutoCAD).
Analytical thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Creativity.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
