POSITION SNAPSHOT:

POSITION SUMMARY
- To develop and lead the distributor's sales team, ensuring efficient and effective field executions, and implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned territories.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Accountable for the achievement of volume and distribution targets by category within the assigned area.
- Ensure the implementation of visibility plans as per the company's Merchandising guidelines within the assigned area through the efficient use of POP materials.
- Develop and manage long-term effective business relationships with customers.
- Develop sales capabilities of distributors' sales team and identify development areas respectively
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date annual business plan for each distributor.
- Stock counting of distributors and responsible for matching report as opening stock with report
- Assess Distributors yearly
- Accountable for payment of distributors and overdue and DSO of customers
- Responsible for forecasting sales volumes and targeted numeric distribution for assigned territory.
- Ensure alignment of forecasting with the distributor.
- Develop and manage long-term effective business relationships with distributors' sales teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting:
- On all drivers (range, visibility, pricing, and promotion).
- Competition reports focus on any activity done at a customer level.
- Ensure credit terms, credit limitations, collections, and payments are followed per distributor according to the company's payment regulations within the assigned area.
- Review journey plans, customer master data, and customer classification twice a year, to ensure the operational effectiveness of the team.
- Responsible for the TTS plan in ICP and ensuring adherence to the plan monthly.
- Order optimization based on palletizing forecast and ordering.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO international code of marketing of breast milk substitutes and Nestlé instructions and local country codes.
- Ensure as well compliance with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding infant formula in their business capacity.

- At least 3 years of supervisory sales experience.
- Highly developed in planning and organizing skills.
- Eager to achieve high targets.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills.
